Moon chart and Navamsha chart are two different chart. When we check manglik or Mangal dosha we study the birth chart and also the Moon chart. If a person is Manglik in any one chart , we call the person Anshik manglik or partial manglik. In your horoscope you are manglik from Lagan chart and the other person is manglik from Moon chart.
