It seems to be thyroid problem and that is why obesity, schizophrenia and related problems.
As suggested by Deepak you take change the doctor and get treatment. There would not be permanent cure.
As TMR sir said, Sun is the planet connecting to 5th lord Mars and 11th lord Venus. Hence please chant the mantra and read Aadityahrudayam daily.
As Saturn from 10th house aspects the significators, the cure will take a long time upto 2037.
As per KUM Rao sir, you can try holistic method.
