There is a belief that a Girl born under Moola nakshtra causes death to the immediate relative. If the girl is born under the Moola Nakshatra then suffering to the father of the husband is there. However there is also too much of ignorance on the part of the astrologer. First of all this is not correct to say that all of Moola Nakshtra is bad. There are 4 charan in the Nakshtra and only 1st Charan is considered not good. The 2nd , 3rd and 4th charan is absolutely no issue.
