I just returned to my home town after resigning my job abroad to take care of my parents as they are ill.

I am thinking of establishing construction / real estate business rather than taking up job again 2000/3000 Kms away.

Do you recommend my trails towards business / job ?

Looking at your horoscope your have Taurus rising. Exalted Moon in Rohini Nakshatra. Which is very good. Saturn the karka for land in the 3rd house , which is not good. Saturn is the planet of land and property and 4th house is the house of property. Karka in 12th position is not good and although Saturn is presently aspect the 4th house from Scorpio in transit, it is likely to be a volatile road ahead for property. Venus aspects 4th house and Venus gives new property and well established and luxurious property. Therefore you should invest or work in new property rather than old ones. Sky rise rather than land.
