      I am trying for IAS exam.I could not clear in earlier attempts.please tell can I clear it.

      Hard work and a very good aptitude is needed to clear the AIS examinations which is not a gamble. Generally speaking people who take astrological help do not clear the IAS since they are not willing to do hard work and they depend on the undependable in life.
