At your age, anything you do is a job. It need not necessarily be in a company or the govt. Astrology only helps you in finding the first serious job you do and not for transfers or promotion etc. which happens later in life. Yes transfer of residence from your native place could be approximately timed. I do not think Astrology can help you in answering your question.
