Looking at your Horoscope in detail, As Manglik is check from both Natal as well as Moon, Mars is posited in the 10th house from Lagan but 7th house from Moon. Therefore you are not manglik from Lagan but Manglik from the Moon. This condition is called as Anshik Manglik or Partial manglik. Now looking at exceptions to the Manglik rules, benefic Jupiter aspects Mars therefore the Manglik dosha gets cancelled totally. You can be considered as a Non Manglik.
One thing to note is that Mars is conjoined with Venus in the in the 7th house from Moon, which is not a good combination. Matching of the horoscopes should be done before marriage.
