Please advice why marriage is not happening to me.

At the age of marriage, you were running Sun dasa and Moon dasa. In the end of Sun dasa you might have denied the alliances as Sun siginifies 3,12,7,10 houses. Moon signifies 1,2,5 and 12 houses. There are no significations for marriage 7th house.

At present Mars dasa is going on. Mars is signifying 6 and 11 houses. There is no 7th house signification, only 11th house signification, which is good for fulfilment of desire. Ketu bhukti runs from 11-06-2019. Ketu is signifying 7th, 9th and 3rd through Saturn. So in this sub period i.e 11-06-2019 to 07-11-2019 there would be your marriage.
