Looking at your horoscope we see that Mercury, Sun and Jupiter are posited in the 7th house which is the prime house of marriage. 8th Lord Mercury in the 7th house is not good. Venus karka for marriage in the 8th house and debilitated which is not auspicious. Rahu aspects the 7th house from the 11th house. These planets placements will delay marriage and marriage should be done after proper matching of the horoscope for marital happiness.
