Can anyone tell me benefits of moonstone and will it reduce the body temperature ? if yes ,Are moonstone and spatik Crystal are same ????

Moonstone is worn if Moon is a benefic planet in the horoscope but weak due to affliction of Rahu ketu or other malefic planets. This is important as Moon is the significator of the mind. It helps negative negative and brings positive energy in the person. Spatik Crystal on the other hand is substitute for Diamond. Therefore they are not the same.
