I have the 10th lord (moon) conjunct with the ascendant lord (Venus) conjunct in the 7th house what does it mean?? -
If you want a true answer to your question, you should know the strength of Moon and the Ascendant longitude, strength of Venus and so many other things like the longitudes of planets aspecting Moon and Venus etc. etc. Astrology is not a simple science as you think. It is full of mathematics and only junk astrologers will answer your question without analysing the full horoscope. We are professional astrologers and not wayside astrologers who might answer your question which itself is a meaningless question.

No planets are aspecting it and Venus is holding the lower degree

There are different kind of aspects, full, half, quarter and partial aspects. Without knowing the subject in depth do not try to come to decisions. Considering the placement of planets, conjunctions, lordship of houses where the planets are placed, aspects from other planets etc. etc. are to be accurately known if you want to calculate the strength of a planet or planets and how the strength of houses are affected by this and only after fully evaluating a horoscope you can say something about the native. What you are trying to do is by looking at the paint of the number plate, you are assessing the worth of a car and plan to buy it. Please do not waste your time and our time by asking such questions.
