Should I go for New Job in new Company if I got a Offer now or I should continue in the same company which I joined in June 2015. I don’t get support from Management. I am working in Night shift job since many years, When I will get Day Job. I am not able to save any money from Salary.

SO the new job that you are getting is also night Job. The gains are much better in 2017. You should not take hasty decisions. Make sure the company and prospects are good before you join them.
