Dear Sirji,

I am undergoing severe stress at workplace for the last 2 decades and not getting opportunity anywhere else too. I actually feel to take early retirement because I don’t feel like taking stress anymore. However, can you tell me will there be any likely change that you can see in my career? Would I work longer or is it good for me to resign/retire right now?

Looks like you will retire only by end 2018. Till then you will have to continue to be employed. You can plan your retirement by then.
