You are presently in the mahadasha of Jupiter and antardasha of Rahu. Rahu is presently in Virgo in Transit, therefore the desire to go overseas is natural. Rahu will stay in Virgo till January 2016 before moving into Leo. Therefore the possibility is there in 2016. Chances are there and you should explore it if not done before.
