You do not have Rahu Kethu dosham. You have a good Gaja Kesari yoga. At the same time you have Kemadruma yoga which is bad. Life is going to be a tough one. You will get married post 2020 and by then you will get a not so very rewarding job too. Mental happiness is low and wasteful expenditure is very high. Beware of all that. Fall at the feet of God and pray with dedication and if He is pleased, you can make things easy.
