Birth-details seem to place Udaya Lagna or Ascendent in Kumbha/Aquarius Rashi, with 7th lord Sun/Ravi being placed alongside. Lagna Lord Saturn/Shani-dev is in close conjunction with bitter and hot headed enemy Mars/Kuja… making you somebody who has uncontrollable temper, when you lose your composure. It is like a completely different person – more like a dual personality.
Moon/Chandra, the 6th lord of Roga-Sthana is placed in the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses/Hospitalization-Medical Expenses. As per Vimsottari Maha-Dasha, you are in the midst of Jupiter/Guru-dev’s (who is not really comfortable or happy being placed in the 3rd house of Courage/Pro-active Initiatives. But then, he is in Rashi Parivarthana with Mars/Kuja) Maha-Dasha and Antara of Moon/Chandra. To make matters worse, you are in the last stage of Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra.
Incidentally, Jupiter/Guru-dev is ill-placed in Dasamsa or D-10, perhaps reflective of your experiences. Given the situation, it might not be a bad idea to consider propitiating influencing planets/grahas.

You can wait for good times to come by or make an attempt do something about it…
As called out earlier, Lagna Lord cold and disciplined Saturn/Shani-dev’s close conjunction with bitter and hot headed enemy Mars/Kuja… making you somebody who has uncontrollable temper, when you lose your composure. It is like a completely different person – more like a dual personality.
Incidentally, the said nature also makes it very difficult for you to work in a salaried position. It’s not easy for you to work with/under other folk and it is not easy for others to work with you either. Folk with such placement have scant respect/regard for authority… specially a boss/manager whom you don’t hold in high esteem.
