I doubt very much that you will take up a job as a software professional. You are more inclined to do some job related to Electrical and Electronics field. May be Hardware engineering is a possibility. Your Mercury is highly malefic and so is Mars. I think you should try to get into Indian Engineering Service, the chances of which are very much there.
