He is Pisces rising, Moon and Sun in Libra. Jupiter mahadasha is going on and antardasha of Ketu. Moon, Mercury and debilitated Sun in the 8th House. 5th lord Moon in 8th house is not good for children and relationship. 7th lord Mercury in 8th house is retrograde and with 6th lord Sun, indicates problems on the marriage front. Marriage should be done after proper matching of the horoscope.
