Respected Sir,
Pranaam.
I am a graduate mechanical Engineer of 1990. But doing underpaid clerical jobs in pvt. companies since 1990.
currently I am doing job in pvt. company since Oct.2008, but no promotion, no value of my work, no respect at work place while other get promotion at regular intervals.
Are there any chances of getting a job change / getting good job / respect and value at work place ?

Your career house and returns therefrom are very weak and you have too many wasteful expenditures too. When you work for ₹100, your returns therefrom are only worth ₹70. Moreover you are nearing retirement age and employers do not prefer such people unless they are well experienced in their profession.
