In your chart Jupiter is in 9th house and signifying Sun in 3rd house. Jupiter is aspecting 12th lord Moon in 1st house. Jupiter is signifying 10th house through Venus. Blending all these we infer that Jupiter gives you journeys to long distance or abroad on a job.
In Saturn antara which started on 08-12-2024, you may have health issues and visited hospitals. The problems may be related to overheat , wounds in the private parts.
You may have to come to your native town because of your father. There would be separation from your life partner in Saturn antara.

You know the difference between a sign and a house. Both are not same. Jupiter is in 9th house 10th Sign. So Jupiter gives 9th house results. Likewise all the planets will do.

From 24-2-2025 Saturn dasa begins. Saturn, lord of 6th (sickness, separation from wife, litigation, open enemies etc) and 7th house (wife, the person with whom you deal) is in 4th house (status quo). Saturn signifies 12th house through his star lord Ketu. 12th house deals with secret enemies, going away, expenditure etc and 6th house (sickness etc as explained above) through his sub lord Rahu.
So blending all we conclude that Saturn gives you separation from your wife after some troubles and thereby expenditure. In transit Saturn is in Jupiter star, who is signifying 9th house. There would be some troubles judicially. There would be troubles with your colleagues also.
Health: I assume that the problem (defect) would be connected to mouth, speech or in the lower limbs below the abdomen. Saturn dasa Saturn bhukti which is upto 27-2-2028 will give mixed results and most of them would be unsatisfactory. Mercury bhukti would be good.
Pray your family deity to give you solace. Pray Lord Rudra who is the super power, will protect you from all evils.
