My brother who got married in 2011 , is now suffering mental harassment due to his wife.
She tortured him verbally for divorce with daily fights but not giving divorce. He is now separated from her and living with my aged parents. Everyone is worried in my house , i got married but unable to see my brother suffering in pain due to his wife’s mental torture. She mentally harasses him in all ways even after he separated from her. Divorce process is in progress.
1. Will she grant divorce in mutual terms, when the case might end with grant of divorce?
2. Is there a chance of second marriage in his life ?
3. Is it possible for love marriage in his life or we should plan another arrange marriage for him . First marriage is pure arrange marriage.
4. Parents are aged more than 70 and very worried about him.

Hi,
Given birth-details place Ascendent or Udaya Lagna in the Zodiac sign of Aquarius or Kumbha Rashi…Rahu and Saturn/Shani-dev co-lord the house. Rahu seems to be placed strongly in his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation in the Zodiac sign of Gemini or Mithuna Rashi. But then, he is placed very close to Mrityu Bhaga. Saturn/Shani-dev also seems to be placed strongly in his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation in the Zodiac sign of Libra or Tula Rashi. But then, he ruled the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses and is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Swathi Nakshatra, ruled by Rahu.
Sun/Ravi, the 7th lord of Kalathra-Shanta or spousal relationship is placed in the Zodiac sign (towards the extreme edge) of Scorpio or Vrischika (a Jala Tatwa) Rashi and very close to deep Gandanta degrees, indicating challenges in spousal relationship.
He is currently in the midst of 6th lord of Debt/Disease/Litigation Moon/Chandra (placed in his Neecha-sthana or sign of debilitation) Maha-Dasha (from April 2018 to April 2028), after that of troublesome Sun/Ravi Maha-Dasha (April 2012 to April 2018).
Besides all these, Venus/Shukra and Mercury/Budha being closely conjunct a powerfully placed Ketu in the Lunar Constellation of Moola/Mula Nakshatra, ruled by Ketu is a cause for concern. Incidentally, both are flanked by Krura Graha, forming a strong Papakartari Yoga. To me, this aspect could very well be the root (Mula/Moola) of the native’s problems. In any case, it would perhaps make sense for him to consider propitiating Sun/Ravi and Ketu.

In your case 3 planets in mool nakshatra and 2 planets in rahu nakshatra. Any how do mool shanti and rahu/ketu remedy. Serve dogs as much as possible. worship kaal bhairav.

In your brother’s chart 7th cusp (marriage) sub lord is Mars. Mars is the lord of 2nd and 9th house. Mars is in 11th house. Mars is in the star of Moon (lord of 6th house – separation) in 9th house. Moon is conjoined with 7th lord Sun. Moon is in the star of Mercury (lord of 5th) (a dual planet) in a dual sign. This is the indication for second marriage. Mars is planet for foolhardiness. Sun is for authority. Moon is for wavering. So the wife would be foolhardy.
Moon is in the star of Mercury in 10th house and Mercury is conjoined with Ketu and Venus. Moon is in the sub of Saturn in 8th house (discomfort). The mindset of your brother is a discontent fellow. He will not satisfy so easily. Even if he gets what he wants, he will not satisfy so easily. He is a lethargic. He postpone things so easily and always feel discomfort. It is a minus point in his chart.
His lagna cusp sub lord is Venus in 10th house. He is handsome. But Venus is in the star of Ketu and sub of Saturn. Ketu is a planet of dissatisfaction or vyragya. Saturn is a planet of postponement. He will not get satisfied easily and tries to postpone things. He also speaks in the same manner and be secretive. Why I am expressing these things is, the corrections are needed to avoid the conflicts even he goes for 2nd marriage.
Divorce or Separation : There are feeble chances after 3-11-2024 to 30-3-2025.
For another marriage : First of all let the process would be over.
