Is there chance of getting good job abroad post MS ( core engineering) if she goes for MS next 3 years or MBA in India is better? Does her chart indicate foreign settlement for career ?

She will have higher education in the field of accounts or finance. She does not have interest to move to any other place.
Chances to go abroad is feeble, as 12th cusp(movement to new surroundings, abroad) sub lord is connected to 4th (local),2nd (family attachment). But after April 2023 Saturn period runs for 19 years. Saturn (12 lord) is in 3rd house. Hence in certain sub periods she may go abroad.
She will have a job and live decently.
