I want to know what gemstone should i wear , i have tried many gemstones like emerald , moonstone , yellow saphire , iron rings , but to no benefit , i need peace as my mind is continously thinking and i have sudden mood swings and aggression , I have isolated my myself and do nothing else , i always say i will do this work or that but to no success i think so much and do nothing , infact i have zero confidence . -
