You can try the following methods.
veganism method–
1.Dont give her any milk product for one week,milk,curd,buttermilk,
coffee,tea,icecream.
2.Dont give her any sweets or sweet fruits.

Penance method–
Do penance for one year .Daily massage the child for
15minutes.Punya acquired by you by penance ,will be
transferred to the boy ,by massage.

Additionally,you can use FMT.
FMT means Fecal microbiodate transplant.
A person contains 95% microbio organisms.
Collect 1gm of fecal matter of healthy person
and add 60ml of water in a bottle and shake
the bottle well.
Make the child to lie down.
Then send 20ml of that water into the anus
of child with the help of bulb enema.
Let the child lie down after enema for 15 minutes.

You can take the help of gastro enterologist,for
one or two times.Afterwards,you can do it.
