Hi,
my son born on 04-07-2016 at 09:01 am. Place: Edinburgh, Scotland, uk
he started words when he was below 2 years but now he is not at all talking. Please tell me if he ever talk and improve.

In his horoscope, Sun, Moon, Mercury and Saturn have only single digit percentage strength which is indicative of restricted talking faculty. May be by 2025, he could improve if you can give him an equatorial environment like moving to India or similar countries.
