Looking at your horoscope we see that Venus is the 7th house lord and conjoined with Saturn will bring delay in marriage. Rahu aspects the 7th house means that you should do proper matching of the horoscope before marriage. If your girl is getting married to someone else, maybe there is something good in it. As they say your marriage will take place where your sanjog is.
