Looking at your horoscope we see that Mercury rules the 5th house of love and romance. Your Mercury mahadasha is going on and the antardasha of Ketu. Mercury will give you attachment while Ketu period will give challenges on the love front. Problems on the relationship front is there because of Ketu which is a malefic planet.
