Due to severe neck pain, I had undergone a surgery on my neck in July, 2019
However, I became handicapped after the operation. I cannot walk independently and can walk very slowly with the aid of walking sticks
There is a medical negligence case going on against the surgeon who performed the operation.
What is the possibility of me winning this case and if yes when can I expect this to happen ?
After the operation, I had to give up my medical career and has been facing financial difficulties since then.
Please help me.

The time difference of 5 mins….do you mean the time of birth ? Yes, there can be a time difference of 5 mins. My mother could not tell me the exact time. It can be 5:50 pm instead of 5:45 pm
I cannot tell the exact date of relinquishing the job but can tell you the month, it is November 2019, most probably, the second or third week of the month of November, 2019

I have some more detailed information now about relinquishing the job, I checked the documentation.
November 2019 was when it was all decided that I would give up my career. I was paid for all my clinics till 31st December 2019. Only for one I was paid till 31st January 2020

There are feeble chances to settle the case in Rahu dasa-Mercury bhukti-Mars antara which is from 21-7-2025 to 14-9-2025. If it is settled you will receive an amount lesser than your expectations.
In 2019 July, when you have undergone surgery in the neck, you are running Rahu dasa Jupiter bhukti Saturn antara Venus bhukti upto 20-7-2019. Rahu is signifying 10th house (profession) and Sun in 7th house a watery sign. Rahu is in the star of Saturn (lord of 2nd – finance) in 6th house. Rahu (through his sub lord Saturn) is signifying Jupiter in 3rd house, a fiery and movable sigh. So you would be working in a pharma industry and dealing in liquids and syrups, which are useful to lungs or lower parts.
