My Son is 5 years old. He only speak few words. Also repeating few words. No full speech is there. We have given him speech therapy also but of no use. We consult so many doctors they said everything is fine, no issues and speech will come on his own.
They diagnosed Delayed speech.

Please give us some help, what should we do now.

Once the boy starts going to school and mingle with other students, he will be all right. As per his chart, there is no problem with speech.
