I had a senior profile and currently am jobless since year. Have loans on head and have to repay back. Want to know will I get job here in Dubai or what should i do.

You have to find a job and do whatever is necessary for skill development. Your 4th, 6th, 7th and 9th houses are very weak. Check their significations in detail on my blog http://www.navagrahastro.blogspot.com
It looks like you will have many problems on that account. There are no magic remedies to come out of the situation except being forewarned about it. It will be better to be in Dubai or around since your transit influences will be better there.
