Hi! We are married for 5years and not able to conceive or have a successful pregnancy yet. Can you let me know if I will be able to conceive and how many kids can I have.

Your husband’s 5th lord is Mars. It is fully eclipsed by a very closely conjunct Rahu.
The current dasa antara is of Mercury Venus. Both these planets are in Simha rasi which is a Dagdha rasi in the chart with no cancellation.
Even if your 8th house affliction is taken care of by doctors, the above weaknesses in your husband’s chart make it difficult for you to conceive. He has to perform a shanti for Rahu and strengthen Sun and Venus (both are lords of Dagdha rasis Simha and Vrishabha) in order to have a chance at conception. Even then, since Venus is also a rogakaraka, there could be other hurdles if Venus is strengthened.

Your 5th cusp (children) sub lord Moon is in a semi-fruitful sign with Mars and aspected by Jupiter from a barren sign. But Moon signifies Rahu in Sagittarius ( a semi fruitful sign) through Mars. So there would be children under utmost medical care and surgery may take place at the time of delivery.
