LEVEL 1 BASIC 

1. Introduction to Vedic Astrology?
2. Understanding basic astronomy related to Astrology – The Earth and the Zodiac, the division of the zodiac into signs. 27 constellations, constellation lords, and alphabets. Planets, Rahu and Ketu in detail, sidereal and tropical zodiacs, ayanamsha, ephemeris.
3. Houses – Key characteristics of each house, characteristics of different ascendants, significations, planetary karakas, kendra, trikona bhavas, Trik Bavas, understanding, dharam, arth, kama and moksha houses and its use in Vedic astrology, Kaal Purush Kundali, concept of bhavat bhavam.
4. Planets – Characteristics of planets, exaltation, debilitation, mooltrikona, combustion, aspects etc. Mutual planetary relationship, directional strength, signification of planets, malefic and benefic planets for different ascendants, planets in different houses, Yogakarka planets, Marka planets.
5. Rashis – Their characteristics, elements, and ownership. In depth detail on each zodiac sign.
6. Vimshottari dasha, Mahadasha, Antardasha and Pratyantardasha, detailed interpretation of dasha. Understanding the use of dasha system in making predictions.
7. Casting of Navamsha Chart, Calculation of Mahadasha.
8. Yogas – Yogas arising in relation to the Sun, the Moon and the Lagna, Dhan yogas, kaalsarp dosha, Raj yogas, Neech bhang raj yogas, Guru chandal, Gaaj kesari yoga, Mangal dosha, Sade-Sati, Shani Dhaiya and many more.
9. Transit – Planetary transits and their effects, transit in relation to the moon and ascendant, timing and verification of events through transits. Understanding the use of transit in making predictions.
10. Remedies – Importance of remedies, Do remedies work, types of remedies, how to prescribe remedies, Important mantras, Lal Kitab remedies, gemstone selection, How to suggest gemstones as per chart, alternative gemstones, activation of gemstones, metal compatibility, Vedic remedies.

LEVEL 2 ADVANCE

1. Marriage – Assessment of horoscope for early marriage, delay or denial of marriage, multiple marriages, problems in marriage, timing of marriage, love marriage, arranged marriage, No marriage. Lots of case studies.
2. Horoscope Matching for Marriage – Guna milan, understanding Bhakoot dosha, understanding Nadi dosha, Grah maitri dosha, understanding Gana dosha, checking exceptions of each dosha, what is Grah milan and how it is done in kundali milan. Understanding marriage matching beyond Ashtkoot Guna milan.
3. Checking Children in Astrology – Child Yog, No child yog, Checking children through Beej Sputa and Kshtra Sputa.
4. Education and Profession – Choosing a profession / Career, multiple income sources, foreign yog, business or job.
5. Mahurat and reading Panchang – understanding and utilization of these for astrologers.
