I am 48.5 yr still should I follow manglik dosh rituals and try only marrying another manglik . Or after 40 dosh no longer exists not to be seen.

If it is your 1st marriage, follow manglik dosh rituals. Not necessary that the other party also has Kuja dosha. In such a case, a kadamba vivaha would be needed. If this is not your 1st marriage, a simple kuja shanti will do.
