Husband is always listening to his Family | Marital problems

Question

1. Sir important question is will my husband be always listening to his family or will he be listening to me aswell? what should I do?
My cousin is facing this issue, her husband Doesn&#8217;t listen to her but to his family..neither she has good terms with her in laws&#8230;
2. what about my relations with my in laws ???

This is a Shri Ramcharitmanas mantra &#8211; given below is the method to do the mantra. 
श्री रामचरित मानस के सिद्ध ‘मन्त्र’
मानस के दोहे-चौपाईयों को सिद्ध करने का विधान यह है कि किसी भी शुभ दिन की रात्रि को दस बजे के बाद अष्टांग हवन के द्वारा मन्त्र सिद्ध करना चाहिये। फिर जिस कार्य के लिये मन्त्र-जप की आवश्यकता हो, उसके लिये नित्य जप करना चाहिये। वाराणसी में भगवान् शंकरजी ने मानस की चौपाइयों को मन्त्र-शक्ति प्रदान की है-इसलिये वाराणसी की ओर मुख करके शंकरजी को साक्षी बनाकर श्रद्धा से जप करना चाहिये।
एक दिन हवन करने से वह मन्त्र सिद्ध हो गया। इसके बाद जब तक कार्य सफल न हो, तब तक उस मन्त्र (चौपाई, दोहा) आदि का प्रतिदिन कम-से-कम १०८ बार प्रातःकाल या रात्रि को, जब सुविधा हो, जप करते रहना चाहिये।

“तब जनक पाइ वशिष्ठ आयसु ब्याह साजि सँवारि कै।
मांडवी श्रुतकीरति उरमिला, कुँअरि लई हँकारि कै॥”
