Hello,
There is some evil with regard to the affairs of marriage.
YOu can reduce the evil by doing penance for 6months or one
year.
Penance means-
1.Avoid milk products(milk ,curd,buttermilk,coffee,tea etc),
sweets ,sweet fruits,nonveg,fish,eggs,liquors etc for one year.
You can eat meals and tiffins.
Everyday ,you have to eat 100 gms of uncooked vegetables.
2.Everyday,you should have cold water head bath before sunrise.
In winter,you can have warm water bath(if you are residing in
very cold witer areas).
3.OBserve fasting one day in a week,for one year.ON the day of
fasting,you can eat uncooked vegetables(unlimited quantity).
