      My son DOB is 21 November 2012, 3.32 pm afternoon in Hyderabad, India.

      he has speech and development delay. When will he start speak fluently.

      His Moon and Jupiter are very weak in his horoscope and his speech problem could be a congenital one. However he will do very well in life.
