Hello,
She has got strong mangal dosha,as Kuja is in 12th house.
The point told by astrologer whom you consulted, is correct.
She has got other negative factors also in her horoscope.
She has to do penance for one year to remove or lessen
negativity.
If she does not want to do penance ,a person living in
the same house has to do penance.
Person doing penance should also chant a mantra of his
liking daily 20minutes.

As you said my sister got married in last month May 2017 and will have happy married life.
Also we did Gauri Shankar Puja for their betterment.
But some problem aroused between them (he is suspecting her) and says he will leave her. We are in tension now.

Problems are there in marriage because the girl and the boy do not have a good matching horoscope. Doing Pooja and penance before the marriage has now been wasted. What is essentially required for a marriage to survive, there must be good rapport with the boy and girl and vice versa and there is nothing better than matching horoscopes prior to marriage.
