I can feel your worries since I am also in same boat.
But what I strongy believe is doctors treatment are 5 to 10 percentage only works on.there is no option we have to visit them atleast for assessment.
You are the main doctor for your kid.
Because it worked on me a lot.
Ii feel once he completes his 5 years he will improve his speech surely,inmeanwhile you involve him witj you whatever work you are doing.
Please shift house where so many kids will be there of his age works a lot.
Treat him like normal kid only.
Mykid was like your kid at 4 years.
His speech improved a lot once he completed 5.
Don’t lose hope.
Just feel he has little delay and he will improved.

I feel this delay kid will improve once they completed 8 years.
