So your main concern is what will happen if husband kundli has divorce and wife kundli does not have divorce yog. Well what is needed is to check how strong is the divorce yog. If the yog is strong and its period is coming then ofcourse divorce will happen in spite of wife chart not having divorce because marriage works between two people and not with one person.
