On the sidelines, I also wonder what might be stopping querents from starting a separate thread for their respective queries… instead of posting their own query in a thread started by somebody else (and expecting everyone to presume/assume the same things, they themselves would have thought of). So, I’m left thinking if these individuals are lazy or less driven (to hold responsible positions)… while posting their queries in this thread and expecting a qualitative response from anybody.
