Given details placed Ascendent or Udaya Lagna in the Zodiac sign of Aries or Mesha Rashi. Lagna Lord is placed in a Cusp/Sandhi barely across Gemini or Mithuna Rashi and in close conjunction with Ketu, making you somebody with high aspirations and seem to take proactive initiatives towards achieving them.
But then, Moon/Chandra the 4th lord is neither happy nor comfortable being placed in the 8th house of Randra-Sthana… as is the case with Rahu’s placed in the 9th house of Bhagya/Dharma-Sthana and Venus/Shukra placed in the 6th house of Roga/Rina/Ripu-Sthana – more importantly, his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation.
