There seems to be some afflictions, along with overwhelming foot-print and influence of Ketu in your (more so in your husband’s) birth-charts.
Given the situation, it would make sense for you guys to consider offering special prayers regularly/daily to Lord Ganesha, with unwavering faith, bhakti/devotion and a strong Sankalpa… along with chanting of Santana Gopala Mantra or Santana Lakshmi mantra at least 108 times daily.
