You seem to have started Maha-Dasha of Roga-Karaka Saturn/Shani-dev’s Maha-Dasha/Bhukti, from August 2023 (as per Vimsottari Dasha system). The good lord is placed in the 8th house of Randra-Sthana…in the Zodiac sign of Pisces or Meena Rashi and caught in the Ketu-Rahu axis.
Incidentally, Rahu is currently transiting across the Zodiac sign of Pisces or Meena Rashi and is hoovering very close to natal placement of Saturn/Shani-dev is not a good sign. There seems to be a possibility of something chronic in nature.
