Your 12th lord Mars/Kuja placed alongside Ascendent or Udaya Lagna has been active for quite some time. I’m glad you have confirmed my understanding.
Further, it looks like you have anger/temper issues and a precariously placed Moon/Chandra, making your home / work environment stressful and less satisfactory. Although you are quite capable and logically inclined, you lack pro-active initiatives and a bit timid by nature (you have some inhibitions). So, I’m inclined to think there will be opportunities… but a bit skeptical about satisfactory and fulfilling ones, in the immediate short or near term.
As suggested previously, it would help for you to consider propitiating the Lunar Nodes.
