I am not an astrologer but I am on the path same as you. If I can suggest something as a layman and someone looking for the same thing as you are.
I was feeling the same way 2 years back. I wanted to take Sanyas (though I was kind of escaping ). To an extent it that I actually went to one ashram but I was said no because of my age. Then I got introduced to Vipassana (10 day course) and it helped me immensely. Now I am living a balanced life i go for 1 day Vipassana on Sundays and keep going for 10 day courses and work on weekdays.
I am living my materialistic life till life calls me and meanwhile also dedicated to my spiritual path.
