Mercury rules the nervous system, intellect and speech among other things. In the child’s chart Mercury is in its debilitation house and in the nakshatra of rogakaraka Saturn. The 2nd house of speech is ruled by Venus and occupied by Ketu. The nakshatra defining the 2nd bhava is ruled by Mars who also rules the nakshatra which defines the 6th bhava. Venus itself sits in the 8th house of obstacles and unforeseen/sudden events.
Moon rules the mind. His association with Rahu in the 8th house ruled by Mars and aspected by Saturn can make his mind a bit confused. At present though only Venus and Moon are active and these will be active throughout the Venus dasa ending March 2039. Other planets will be activated in other antardasas.
Jupiter, the planet of Wisdom is strongly placed in his own house creating a good Hamsa yoga and cancelling the neechatwa of Mercury. However, he loses power in Navamsa by occupying his debilitation house and being associated with Ketu in the 12th house.He is also the badhaka for the chart.
Propects of the 2nd house (Autism/ADHD) do not look very bright at least till the start of Jupiter antardasa in May 2029. Attempt at improvement will require strengthening Venus and Mercury. Since the child is very young, you can only try by playing the Vishnu Sahasra Nama in the house for as long as possible.
