If the house purchase has been done legally and registered in the sub-registrar’s office with no-objection certificates from all siblings, there can be no problem of the type you are mentioning. If not done following all the rules, the threat of legal action will always be there.
If legally the house is not in the name of your son, studying his chart will be of no use.
