Please share details of your observations… more specifically whatever you think/feel are unusual behavior. In any case, a Pediatric Psychiatrist should be able to figure out, if your concerns are really justified.
In case you are still based in (living/residing) Bangalore, there are quite a few good specialists who can help you out. In case there are no Psychiatric issues, then you might be worrying unnecessarily.
That said, please be aware of the upcoming transit of Saturn/Shani-dev kick-starting the child’s first Sade-Sathi. Given that the child is still very young, his parents would feel effect… in terms of anxiety, stress, tension, worry etc.
