Assuming your birth-details are accurate, it looks like you’ve travelled and live a long distance away from your birth-place. Further, you have anger/temper issues and at times you can end up getting into an uncontrollable rage to the extent of not being yourself (a bit of a dual personality), whenever you get triggered. This has probably contributed to an unpleasant environment at home and possibly domestic abuse. Things have not been pleasant for you in the recent past, with unwanted stress/tension, anxiety etc., instigating further flair-ups and current separation. The next few months are going you to be trying / testing, with peak Sadi-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra.
On my part, I’m inclined to think Jupiter/Guru-dev being placed in alongside Ascendent or Udaya Lagna has been a saving grace thus far and will continue to hold you in good stead. It would help if you could share birth-details of your wife and provide some background to set the context.
