Below are my 2-bits, for whatever they are worth – kindly ignore anything that is not to your taste or liking:
1. Current Maha-Dasha is that of Saturn/Shani-dev who co-lords the Zodiac sign of Aquarius or Kumbha Rashi. He is placed at the edge of the sign and loosely conjunct 10th lord and unfriendly Mars/Kuja (placed in the 12th Bhava), who is coming out of his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation – caught in close proximity to Sun/Ravi and in the process gets torched/combust.
2. Saturn/Shani-dev is Chara Atma-Karaka… so, the time-period can be a bit trying / testing. Incidentally, he also rules the 12th house of Vyaya/Losses and activates 7th lord Sun/Ravi (who is neither happy nor comfortable being placed in the 12th house of Vyaya/Lossed and can be detrimental for related significance), along with current Antara as also 5th & 8th lord Mercury/Budha. For the records, both Saturn/Shani-dev and Mercury/Budha are in Mrita Avastha… hinting possibly troubled times.
3. Lastly, Udaya Lagna or Ascendent is placed to Mrityu Bhaga and placed within the fatal Trimsamsa degrees – not to mention the fact that you are already well past 29 years of age, with Moon/Chandra being adrift in the middle of nowhere, an indication of perhaps mind running wild with imagination and limited focus, along with a carefree attitude.
Given the situation, I’d be skeptical of your chances of landing a good/decent position Government job. It would help if you could kindly provide some insights and background of your aspiration to help set the context and re-evaluate your chances.
